Disable SNMP and Check Firewall If your Xerox printer remains offline, SNMP settings or firewall restrictions might be the cause. Under the "Ports" tab, select your printer’s port, click "Configure Port," and uncheck "SNMP Status Enabled." Click "OK" and restart your printer. Also, check your firewall and antivirus settings to ensure they are not blocking the printer. Temporarily disable them and test if the printer comes online.
