Benjamin Moore offers an extensive line of exterior wood stain, all formulated to protect and beautify your wood or composite deck, fences, siding, and outdoor furniture. ARBORCOAT® stains are available in many colors as well as five opacities—from transparent to solid. Translucent stains preserve the original wood finish, while adding a protective coating. Transparent stains add a tint of color, while still showing the beauty and grain of the wood. Semi-transparent stains add a bit more color, while still showcasing the wood grain. Semi-solid stains provide many more color options, but you can still see the grain or texture of the wood. Solid stains mask the grain of the wood, but allow the texture to show through. ARBORCOAT® also comes in several finishes: matte, ultra flat, flat, and low luster. Matte has virtually no sheen, while ultra flat, flat, and low luster, incorporate just a bit more sheen at each level. These finishes are easy to clean and help hide imperfections in the wood.
