Judgment begins where?

This is a KJV Bible study guide.
I Peter 4:17 "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?"
Judgment is coming to all of the house of God, and to those that have faithfully served the Lord Jesus Christ, "judgment" means rewards and inheritance". Are you aware of the great rewards awaiting you if you have withstood the fiery trial of this age of the flesh? Friend, it is payday for all those things that you have done, the smile that you gave and the seeds that you have planted in this age of the flesh, and you will be well rewarded. If you have amassed a great sum of righteous acts and deeds, then you have a great pay day coming. It is a real pleasure to say that judgment begins at the pulpit, at the place where the Word of God is taught.
This is an excerpt from a Bible Study that is written by Roger Christopherson at theseason.org.
My thoughts:
Many try to explain this verse in many different ways. I don't understand it anywhere near enough to explain it. I would like to ask a few questions though?
*Is this telling us judgment begins at a specific place? Certainly sounds like it.
*What is meant by the house of God? At this time I think it means true believers, the many membered body of Christ.
*If it first begin at us? Again, is this referring to true believers, the many membered body of Christ? I certainly think it is, Peter was certainly a true believer.
*We are told throughout scripture what happens to unbelievers, the evil and the wicked. So, why ask, what shall be the end of them that obey not the gospel of God? Could this be aimed at a specific target within or without the house of God? I believe it is talking about within. Let's put it this way. True believers, true Christians will reap a reward on judgment day. What happens to those that only claim to be Christian (they never get around to obeying Him)? See Matthew 7:21-23 for your answer. Also, see Isaiah 29:13, Matthew 12:50, Hebrews 5:9 and James 1:22-24. Pastors and Preachers are supposed to be teaching the word of God only. Do all of them teach the word of God only? Read what God has to say about this in Jeremiah 23:1-2, Ezekiel chapter 13 and Matthew 12:36-37; there are many more verses that cover this topic such as: Matthew 7:15-20, Matthew 24:4, Mark 13:5 and Luke 21:8. Many claim to be sent by Christ, but are not, [they are wolves in sheep's clothing].
Make sure you speak and teach God’s word correctly! Read the next verse. There are many other verses on this topic.
Job 42:7 And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. (Not a good position to be in friends).
