I am a bi-coastal actor, producer, and model manager with a busy and diverse career in the entertainment industry. I rent a multi-purpose studio to photographers and filmmakers. I produce network events, and manage several models. I am seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and industry-savvy Personal Assistant who understands the unique demands of this fast-paced and ever-changing field. Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will have experience in the entertainment industry. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to manage scheduling, coordinate events, liaise with talent and producers, and assist with any administrative tasks, both in person and remotely, as I work bi-coastally. Skills Required: Previous experience in the entertainment industry (production, management, talent coordination, etc.) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Tech-savvy (familiar with tools like Google Suite, project management software, social media platforms) Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities Professional demeanor, confident in networking and liaising with industry professionals Must be based in or near the event locations (both coasts) or willing to travel as needed How to Apply: If you are passionate about working in the entertainment industry, have relevant experience, and are ready to take on a high-energy, exciting role, I would love to meet you.
